01Who qualifies for a trade account

We supply businesses buying for resale or for use in a professional setting:

Resellers and distributors
Clinics and compounding pharmacies
Research laboratories and universities

02What documentation we ask for

At application	A business or personal name, a contact, an email, the country you operate in, your business type and your expected monthly volume. Nothing else.
Later, if you claim tax exemption	A resale or exemption certificate.
Later, where your category requires one	A licence or permit number.
Later, depending on what you buy	Confirmation of the end use, which for these products is laboratory research only.
Who sees it	Documents the desk asks for are reviewed by the desk only. Nothing is published or shared.

03How pricing is set

Every price on the list is per sealed box, in US dollars, DAP, delivered in the United States. The per vial figure next to it is the box price divided by the vial count, so you can price your own resale from it directly.

Prices may change without notice. The price on the proforma invoice issued against your order is the price that binds, and a quote from the desk holds its price until the firm until date on it. Accounts moving consistent volume are reviewed for a better tier. Ask the desk for a tier review.

04The minimum order

Minimum order $300.00 USD per order, one sealed box per line. Boxes are not split.

Your first order can be smaller: $100.00 USD of goods, so a line can be tested before it is stocked. The standard minimum applies from the second order.

Below that, picking, packing and delivery outweigh the order.

05How payment terms work

New accounts start prepaid, by credit card, Wise, wire transfer, Bitcoin, or USDT on Tron or Ethereum, against a proforma invoice. Goods are released once funds clear.

Established accounts can apply for net terms from the dashboard. The desk reviews order history, consistency and the size of the line requested. Terms are granted per account, not per order.

06Dispatch and freight

Dispatch is 1 to 2 business days from US stock once payment clears, and 4 weeks for a line made to order, shipping domestically inside the United States. A special-order line, marked MOQ 50, is brought in on a 50-box minimum and dated when the desk acknowledges the order. Every line on the price list says which it is. Freight is included on orders of $1,000.00 USD and over, quoted at checkout below that. Prices exclude taxes.

Everything ships tracked and plainly packed. There is nothing on the outer carton naming the contents.

07What ships with an order

A packing list with the batch number against every line. The certificate of analysis for each batch is on file and released with the shipment or on request. You can also pull a certificate any time from the COA lookup using the batch number on the vial label.

Retained samples are held for 12 months. The full picture is on the quality page.

08Out of stock, or a volume we do not list

Use Quotes and RFQ. Tell us the compound, the quantity and when you need it. Volume beyond the price list, private label runs and custom presentations are all quoted rather than listed.

09What exactly you are buying

Research chemicals for in vitro laboratory and research use. Not for human or animal consumption, and not for use in food, cosmetic or drug products. You are buying for resale into that same market and you are responsible for how you represent them onward.
